Winback Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

The Winback Specialist (Spanish) will focus on re‑engaging and retaining Motive’s Spanish‑speaking customers. Working closely with internal teams, you will identify at‑risk accounts, address concerns, and demonstrate the value of Motive’s fleet‑management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Detect early signals of payment‑failure in at‑risk accounts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to secure renewals.
• Manage a high volume of inbound phone calls and email inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Maximize customer lifetime value by reducing churn, improving satisfaction, and uncovering upsell opportunities.
• Build rapid rapport with customers, using persuasive rebuttal techniques and problem‑solving strategies.
• Identify root causes of issues and negotiate fair contract terms to resolve them.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales or support.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills in both languages.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
