About the role

The Owner role at WordPress in Faisalabad is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the planning, creation and management of WordPress-based websites or blogs. The Owner defines the site's vision, maintains content quality and ensures design, functionality and user experience match business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Update and organize content daily
• Manage plugins and themes
• Coordinate with technical or creative partners
• Monitor site performance and security
• Analyze traffic and engagement metrics and identify ways to grow reach
• Take full accountability for strategic decisions, operational continuity and the long-term success of the online presence

Required profile

• Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad and take ownership of strategic and operational decisions
• Background in business, communications, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability

Required skills

• WordPress site management: basic configuration, theme selection and plugin administration
• Content planning and creation, structuring pages, posts and media
• Basic website analytics and performance monitoring (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Stakeholder communication and collaboration
• Experience with basic SEO, digital marketing or UX principles is beneficial
