Zoho CRM Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Zoho One Specialist with over four years of hands‑on experience to take ownership of a US‑based client’s Zoho environment. You will inherit an existing setup, migrate it to Zoho One, and ensure the system runs smoothly for daily sales and intake teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take over the current Zoho configuration, map and document its usage, and migrate from Zoho CRM Plus to Zoho One without disrupting daily operations.
• Review and clean up legacy workflows, Deluge functions, and automations; retain what works, fix broken items, and retire unused components.
• Plan, test, and roll out changes on a live system, maintaining rollback plans and clear communication with users.
• Write clear documentation for workflows, automations, and integrations, and explain changes to non‑technical business users and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate daily with the client, translate business requests into Zoho solutions, and push back on requests that could cause issues.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One.
• Strong Deluge scripting and Zoho Flow expertise.
• Completed at least one end‑to‑end Zoho CRM Plus to Zoho One migration or similar platform consolidation.
• Careful change management habits: sandbox testing, rollback plans, and clear user communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable working directly with senior client stakeholders.
• Proven track record of owning outcomes, not just completing tasks.
