Account Manager – Client Services

About the role

SummaryIO Digital is looking for a motivated Account Manager to lead client relationships and support digital marketing initiatives. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth execution of social and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients on all social and digital projects, providing timely updates and clear communication.
• Own assigned client accounts, coordinating briefs, reports, and internal debriefs.
• Collaborate with design, animation, media, PR, influencer marketing, community management, and content teams to deliver seamless campaigns.
• Oversee internal operations, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
• Publish and schedule organic content (posts, stories, reels, videos) on platforms such as Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, and others.
• Develop social media calendars, campaign plans, and presentations with support from design and PR/IM teams.
• Present creative concepts and project plans to clients and lead agency deliverables during events, shoots, and live activations.
• Prepare client performance reports, decks, and documentation as required.
• Assist in new business development by contributing to agency pitches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in social media management or marketing (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Creative thinking, problem‑solving, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in marketing and client management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
