Video Editor/AI Video Expert – eCommerce & Paid Ads Content

About the role

We are a fast‑growing TikTok Shop and eCommerce agency looking for a Video Editor/AI Video Expert to create high‑impact video ads for multiple 7‑figure brands. The role focuses on producing AI‑generated video content that drives conversions across TikTok, Meta and Google platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce AI‑generated videos in UGC style, product explainer and animated ad formats.
• Write prompts, build scene structures and direct AI tools to create native‑looking, conversion‑focused videos.
• Collaborate with strategy and media‑buying teams to translate brand briefs into visual concepts.
• Review and quality‑check all video output before client delivery or campaign launch.
• Maintain a repeatable production workflow and stay updated on emerging AI video technologies.
• Test new creative hooks and formats based on ad performance data.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of video production experience for eCommerce brands.
• Hands‑on experience with AI video generation tools.
• Strong understanding of paid‑ad video performance factors such as hooks, pacing and CTA placement.
• Ability to diagnose why a video is under‑performing and improve it.
• Comfortable managing multiple brand projects with varying tones and audiences.

Required skills

• AI video tools: Higgsfield, Kling, Pika, Runway, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia.
• AI avatar/UGC tools: HeyGen, Synthesia, Creatify.
• Video editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
