About the role
As an Account Manager for the Northwest region, you will drive revenue and profit growth for Nalco Water’s water‑technology solutions. Using a consultative sales approach, you will build and deepen relationships with existing customers while expanding the business into strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and execute sales plans for existing and competitively‑held accounts to meet profit targets.
- Develop strong relationships with plant and facility executives, understanding their business needs.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot challenges, and coordinate escalations as required.
- Perform system analysis, interpret operational data, and deliver written recommendations to optimize customer processes.
- Promote and sell Nalco Water innovations and technologies to foster long‑term partnerships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering or life‑science preferred).
- Experience in technical or field sales support.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record.
