Accounts Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Accounts Manager to lead our financial management, accounting operations and reporting. The role ensures transparency, accountability and effective resource management across donor‑funded projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records and oversee reporting processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and financial plans in coordination with senior management.
• Monitor project budgets, donor funds and grant expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements and statutory regulations (SECP, FBR, etc.).
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Manage cash flow, banking operations and financial controls.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounts staff.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, donors and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance or NGO financial management.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, taxation and compliance.
• Experience with donor‑funded projects and grant financial management (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
