About the role
UTECH HUB is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join its Lahore office. You will support daily office operations, coordinate meetings, and assist project teams working on CRM and ERP implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule internal and client meetings, and handle phone and email inquiries.
- Organise documents, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and basic data‑entry tasks for CRM/ERP projects.
- Support onboarding activities and facilitate smooth communication between team members and clients.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and expense tracking.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Basic familiarity with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or NetSuite.
