AI Security & Governance Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Security & Governance Lead to shape and enforce AI security and governance practices across the organization. You will ensure that AI systems are built, deployed, and maintained securely while complying with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the AI Security and Governance Framework.
• Define AI security policies, standards, procedures and operational guidelines.
• Conduct AI risk assessments, threat modeling, and security architecture reviews throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Evaluate AI models for robustness, fairness, explainability, transparency and resilience.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, NIST AI RMF and relevant banking regulations.
• Maintain AI risk registers, asset inventories and incident response processes.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security, Architecture, Risk, Privacy and Development teams to implement AI security controls.
• Prepare executive dashboards, risk reports and compliance metrics, and deliver AI security awareness sessions.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, AI Security or Security Architecture.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience securing AI/ML models, Generative AI platforms and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of AI risk management, threat modeling and security controls.
• Familiarity with banking or highly regulated environments is a plus.
