AI Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled AI Software Engineer to join SolutionInn and help build scalable AI‑powered systems for students worldwide. You will work on modern AI technologies, backend services, semantic search, personalization, and intelligent workflows using large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI‑driven backend systems and workflows.
• Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) and other AI models into production pipelines.
• Build scalable APIs, AI pipelines, and optimise performance, caching and database operations.
• Implement semantic search, embeddings, vector databases and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Enhance AI response quality, originality and reliability while reducing duplicate outputs.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, SEO and analytics teams to deliver AI‑centric features.
• Propose and implement innovative AI‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or a related field.
• 2–4 years of software engineering experience, preferably with AI‑powered applications.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with scalable production systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Backend development and API design.
• OpenAI or other LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG.
• Semantic search and vector database technologies.
• MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Redis (optional).
• Performance optimisation, caching and database management.
