Anti-Fraud Analyst

About the role

inDrive is looking for an Anti‑Fraud Analyst to lead detection and investigation of fraud across its ride‑hailing, delivery and city‑to‑city services. You will work with cross‑functional teams to protect users from multi‑accounting, GPS spoofing, promo abuse, payment fraud and other illicit activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze transactional and behavioural data using SQL and Python to spot suspicious patterns and emerging fraud schemes.
• Develop, tune and maintain fraud detection rules and anti‑fraud dashboards.
• Evaluate rule effectiveness by tracking precision and other performance metrics.
• Manage fraud cases end‑to‑end, from detection through investigation, documentation and escalation.
• Conduct risk assessments of new and existing product features in collaboration with product teams.
• Monitor fraud losses, identify loss sources and devise mitigation plans.
• Propose and implement fraud‑risk mitigation measures with product and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in anti‑fraud, risk analytics or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).

Required skills

• SQL for large‑scale data analysis.
• Python for data manipulation and modelling.
• Solid understanding of statistics and ability to apply statistical methods to anomaly detection.
