Appointment Setter – Remote (Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our sales team remotely from Pakistan. The role focuses on contacting cold leads, qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments for the Sales Representatives, ensuring a steady flow of high‑quality leads into the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to cold leads, introduce the agency’s services and set qualified appointments.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email and SMS to nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and determine fit for the agency’s offerings.
• Maintain detailed interaction records in the CRM system and keep lead information up‑to‑date.
• Report daily metrics such as calls made, appointments set and conversion rates.
• Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled meetings to reduce no‑shows.
• Proactively fill the calendar, even during slower periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling or lead generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment‑setting targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage high‑volume outreach while maintaining attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems for lead management and tracking.
