Architect / Architectural Designer – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architect / Architectural Designer to lead the design of residential, commercial, retail and interior projects. The role involves translating client requirements into functional and aesthetically‑pleasing solutions while ensuring technical accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural layouts and detailed construction drawings.
• Produce 2‑D plans, elevations, sections and design documentation.
• Create design presentations, visualisations and renderings for client approval.
• Coordinate design efforts with multidisciplinary teams to meet project timelines and specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural and interior design projects across residential and commercial sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Lumion or comparable visualisation tools.
