About the role
We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will design functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing spaces while meeting client needs and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs and detailed drawings.
- Prepare construction documents and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors and clients.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation.
- Ensure projects comply with regulations, zoning laws and building codes.
- Utilise design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion and D5.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 2–3 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with SketchUp.
- Proficiency with Rhino.
- Proficiency with Lumion.
- Proficiency with D5.
