Assistant Manager Sales – Islamabad/Rawalpindi

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales to help expand our doctor‑booking and e‑consultation network across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. You will be responsible for driving new provider sign‑ups and nurturing existing relationships to support our rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and successfully close sales calls with both existing and prospective healthcare providers.
• Conduct daily market visits to meet doctors and medical staff, arranging product demonstrations and appointments.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical and administrative personnel.
• Maintain detailed records of contacts, meetings and generate regular sales reports.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, develop solutions and present recommendations to management.
• Analyse leads and manage the sales pipeline using a CRM system.
• Set weekly priorities, manage the collection cycle and achieve recovery targets for assigned clients.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within Pakistan (considered a plus).
• Strong communication skills and ability to travel daily for field visits.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
