Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition and drive employer branding initiatives for BYD Pakistan’s Mega Motor Co. The role combines recruitment execution with strategic brand promotion to attract top talent in the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, compensation discussions, offer management, pre‑employment documentation and onboarding.
• Lead employer branding projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, marketing agencies and external partners to design and execute campaigns, events and promotional materials.
• Maintain recruitment compliance, data accuracy, confidentiality and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience using internal talent databases and recruitment email channels.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and HR systems with high data accuracy.
