Assistant Warehouse Officer – Finished Goods

About the role

The Assistant Warehouse Officer – Finished Goods supports all activities in the finished‑goods and packaging‑material stores of the plant. You will ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics, maintain accurate inventory records, and uphold food‑ and pharma‑grade quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound goods from production, record transactions in SAP and follow storage protocols.
• Prepare material authorization slips for contractors and manage special stock segregation.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, security and protection against severe weather.
• Execute order fulfillment to meet Perfect Order and DIFOT targets for domestic and export customers.
• Maintain continuous operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and coordinate with service providers.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile physical stock with SAP and support adjustments.
• Participate in internal and external audits, pest‑management activities and emergency handling.
• Generate and update logistics reports, propose layout improvements and address workplace hazards.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in food or pharmaceutical environments.
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles and quality management systems.
• Ability to work onsite, handle physical tasks and respond to emergency situations.

Required skills

• SAP for inventory and transaction recording.

• Reporting tools (e.g., Excel) for logistics statistics.
