About the role
The Associate Officer People & Culture supports the HR team in delivering efficient people operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. This entry‑level position is ideal for a motivated professional eager to develop a solid foundation in human resources.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the full recruitment cycle: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Help with payroll coordination, attendance monitoring and leave tracking.
- Respond to employee queries on policies, procedures and benefits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal events and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain documentation and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- 0–1 year of experience in Human Resources (internships accepted).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and time‑management skills.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
