Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

V2F Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead and shape its technical talent acquisition efforts. The role will work closely with clients and internal teams to design recruitment strategies that meet business objectives and drive high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Design, lead and implement technical recruitment strategies aligned with client and business needs.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of IT professionals.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure effective integration with client and internal processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client stakeholders.
• Provide regular insights, reports and recommendations to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Stay current on HR and technical hiring best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of international technical recruitment experience.
• Proven client service and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using CRM tools for talent management.
• Advanced sourcing techniques and familiarity with sourcing platforms.
