Associate Ruby on Rails Developer (React.js)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Ruby on Rails Developer to join our growing engineering team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience building web applications and collaborating with senior engineers on new features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement new features.
• Assist with frontend tasks using React.js or other modern frameworks when needed.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Debug issues, troubleshoot bugs, and support application enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Adapt to new technologies and engineering workflows.
• Deliver assigned development tasks on schedule.

Required profile

• Approximately 6 months of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a team‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work during Eastern Time Zone hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT).
