B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Fixed Salary + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a strong B2B cold caller and appointment setter based in Pakistan to run outbound calling campaigns targeting small and medium businesses in international markets. The role focuses on generating real conversations, identifying interest, booking qualified calls and providing market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to business owners and decision‑makers.
• Pitch service offers clearly and confidently.
• Book qualified appointments or generate interested leads.
• Record call outcomes accurately.
• Share daily call notes and market feedback.
• Follow the script while thinking intelligently during conversations.
• Help identify which offer angles are effective.
• Attend review sessions to analyse calls and improve the script.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English.
• Proven cold‑calling or appointment‑setting experience.
• Comfortable speaking with US, UK, Canadian or other international business owners.
• Strong objection‑handling ability.
• Confidence, discipline and consistency.
• Ability to make a high number of calls daily.
• Ability to follow a script and update call notes properly.
• Comfortable having calls reviewed for quality and training.
• Quiet workspace, stable internet connection and a good headset.
• CRM or spreadsheet experience is a plus.
