Bank Branch Manager - Sales & Operations Leader

About the role

The Bank Branch Manager will lead a team of seven professionals to drive sales, operations and risk management for a HBL branch. The role focuses on achieving high deposit targets while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of seven staff members to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet deposit targets ranging from 900 million to 1 billion.
• Manage customer relationships, resolve inquiries promptly and enhance client satisfaction.
• Implement risk‑management procedures to identify, assess and mitigate financial, operational and compliance risks.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations including cash handling, account maintenance and administrative tasks.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes and customer service workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a small team.
• Strong track record in sales management and achieving deposit targets.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management and risk control.
