Brand Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

Aysel & Mina Fragrances is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketing & Growth Specialist to accelerate the growth of its luxury fragrance line. The role blends digital advertising, content creation, and partnership development to boost brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
• Create engaging short‑form video ads and other creative assets that drive conversions.
• Design innovative marketing strategies to accelerate brand growth.
• Identify and secure partnerships with salons, boutiques, retailers and other wholesale channels.
• Represent the brand at product demonstrations and networking events.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and recommend optimisations.
• Stay ahead of social‑media and digital‑marketing trends to inject fresh ideas.
• Collaborate on brand campaigns and new product launches.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, paid social advertising or brand marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta and/or TikTok ad campaigns.
• Strong short‑form video content creation abilities.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Self‑motivated, organised and capable of handling multiple projects independently.
• Graphic‑design experience is a plus.
