Research Executive

About the role

The Research Executive will combine data analysis with client consultation to uncover market insights that guide product launches and strategic decisions for global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design and plan research projects based on client briefs, including questionnaire development and methodology selection.
• Coordinate project execution, communicate progress to clients, and direct other departments for data collection and processing.
• Achieve revenue targets on key accounts and contribute to overall team goals.
• Collaborate with other research executives and trainees throughout project stages.
• Analyze results, prepare reports and recommendations, and present findings to clients.
• Support invoicing by communicating contract changes to Finance and drive process innovation.

• Team‑player attitude, able to collaborate with peers and contribute to the management team.

Required skills

• Strong analytical mind and good organizational abilities.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills in English (local language desirable).
• Computer literacy and familiarity with market research methods and analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of relevant market characteristics and client needs.
