About the role
The Security and Compliance Specialist supports the global Business Assurance framework for the IELTS network, conducting audits, investigations and monitoring activities to protect the integrity of IELTS operations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits and investigations across the IELTS network to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Develop and implement solutions for security incidents in IOC+P and IOC tests.
- Support onboarding of new test centres through risk assessments and compliance readiness.
- Monitor, track and analyse audit and investigation trends to recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS policies, processes and systems.
- High attention to detail, ability to multi‑task and work autonomously or in a team.
- Willingness to travel globally, based in Lahore.
Required skills
- Excellent report writing and oral communication abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
