Business Consultant – FTTx Sales (Telecom)

About the role

The Jazz Business Consultant – FTTx Sales will advise telecom and internet service providers on leveraging Jazz's FTTH portfolio. You will build long‑term client relationships, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored FTTH solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for FTTH services.
• Generate and qualify leads through visits, referrals, and online inquiries.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients to ensure retention.
• Present and demonstrate the FTTH services portfolio.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the full customer onboarding lifecycle from feasibility to contract finalisation.
• Meet retention and recovery targets for the assigned portfolio.
• Record sales activities and provide regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, product, technical support, billing and customer service teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
• Negotiation skills.
