Business Development – Australian Market (Remote)

About the role

Grow10X is seeking a motivated Business Development professional to focus on the Australian market. This remote position involves outbound cold calling to generate qualified leads for B2B SaaS technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to Australian prospects during 6 am – 3 pm PST.
• Identify and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
• Book demos and hand over qualified opportunities to the client’s sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
• Neutral accent suitable for English‑speaking prospects.
• Ability to work remotely and adhere to the specified schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.

What we offer

• Base salary of 150,000 PKR per month.
