Business Development Executive – IT Services

About the role

Identify and qualify prospective clients for IT advisory, audit automation, and technology consulting services. Build relationships with C‑level and senior finance stakeholders and translate client needs into actionable engagement plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach campaigns, including prospecting, meetings, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, commercial terms, and service scopes aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams (audit, tax, IT consultants) to ensure smooth handover.
• Manage pipeline and sales forecasting using the firm’s CRM, maintaining accurate records.
• Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events to support business development.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience selling professional services or IT‑enabled solutions to mid‑market and enterprise clients in Pakistan.
• Strong consultative selling, needs assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, able to present complex technical and financial value propositions.
• Familiarity with accounting, audit or tax services and related technology.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and work cross‑functionally.
