Business Development Officer – Hybrid (Islamabad)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to drive new revenue for 31G. Working in a hybrid setting from Islamabad, you will create and execute strategies to acquire new clients, nurture relationships and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to secure new business for 31G.
• Conduct continuous market research to identify potential opportunities and target them with tailored approaches.
• Engage prospects through a multichannel approach including LinkedIn, email campaigns, warm/cold emails and phone calls.
• Initiate conversations with potential clients, present services and products, and arrange meetings with senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and follow‑ups using CRM software.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, partners and vendors, ensuring regular follow‑up activity.
• Support events, conferences and initiatives that generate new business opportunities.
• Train junior business development staff when required.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing, including internships or apprenticeships.
• Proven ability to identify and close new business deals and partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads and activities.
