About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities for our B2B SaaS solutions in the United States. The role focuses on strategic outbound outreach, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, to engage prospects and convert them into qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct deep research on industries, target companies, and decision‑makers to personalize outreach.
  • Design and execute targeted outbound cadences for the U.S. market.
  • Write compelling cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts.
  • Cold‑call prospects and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Analyze outreach performance, test variations, and continuously improve results.
  • Book qualified meetings through outbound activities.

Required profile

  • 2–3 years of proven outbound sales experience (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong copy‑writing ability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working in U.S. time zones (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
  • Highly organized, self‑driven, and able to manage leads independently.
