Business Development Specialist – Pakistan Live Streaming Market

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to lead our expansion in Pakistan's live‑streaming sector. You will combine market research, agency recruitment and cross‑functional collaboration to drive platform revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on Pakistan’s live‑streaming market, analysing competition, policy trends, bonus structures and profit models.
• Proactively negotiate with large agencies, showcase platform strengths, recruit high‑quality agents and accelerate revenue growth.
• Collaborate with agency management and user‑operation teams to share market insights, monitor partner dynamics and improve regional agency and operational systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in Urdu and English for business negotiations; Bengali is a plus.
• Strong market insight and business acumen to quickly identify local opportunities in Pakistan.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, result‑oriented with a proven ability to meet performance targets independently.
• Team‑player with a sense of responsibility, able to work smoothly with cross‑functional teams.
