Call Agent – Outbound Sales (Lahore)

About the role

ATS Home Buyers is looking for a full‑time Call Agent to join its on‑site team in Lahore. You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to potential property sellers, generating and qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective property sellers and clients.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth hand‑over.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines while building positive relationships.
• Meet daily and monthly calling targets and collaborate with teammates to improve campaign performance.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cold‑calling or call‑center experience preferred.
• Confidence handling objections and negotiations.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and good time‑management abilities.
• Intermediate to fluent English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is a plus.

Required skills
