Call Center Team Leader – Canada Mobility Outbound Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Team Leader to head our Canada Mobility outbound sales campaign in Lahore. The role involves managing a night‑shift sales team, driving performance, and ensuring targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of sales agents handling outbound calls for Canada Mobility services.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and generate performance reports.
• Conduct regular coaching, quality assurance, and training sessions to improve agent productivity.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and a high‑performance work environment.
• Ensure the team achieves or exceeds assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a Canada Mobility outbound sales campaign.
• Proven ability to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
• Strong communication, reporting, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in training, coaching, and performance management.
