Calling Sales Executive (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Calling Sales Executive to join our Design & Development team on a night‑shift schedule. The role focuses on outbound and inbound calls targeting clients in the US and Canada, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound cold calls to potential clients in the US and Canadian markets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow‑ups.
• Present company services professionally and close sales opportunities.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in calling sales, telemarketing, or lead generation within the design or digital services industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in handling cold calls and client objections.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating revenue.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment.
