Candidate Marketing & Placement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Candidate Marketing & Placement Specialist to work remotely and support our recruiting ecosystem. You will connect candidates with recruiters, staffing firms, and direct clients while leveraging AI tools to streamline outreach, matching, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Market candidates to recruiters, staffing firms, implementation partners, and direct client contacts.
• Identify opportunities that align with candidates’ skills, experience, location, compensation expectations, and career goals.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, job boards, staffing networks, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, vendors, and hiring contacts.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and placement activities.
• Track outreach, submissions, interviews, follow‑ups, and hiring progress using structured trackers and reports.
• Utilize GenAI tools for candidate profiling, role matching, outreach messaging, follow‑ups, and reporting.
• Provide regular updates on recruiter engagement, submissions, interviews, and placement progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in recruiting, staffing, candidate marketing, placement support, talent acquisition, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations simultaneously.
• Availability to support U.S. business hours (Pakistan timing 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
