CCTV Operator (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

The company is seeking a full-time CCTV Operator to work on-site in Rawalpindi. In this position you will be responsible for monitoring live surveillance feeds, ensuring the safety of premises, property and personnel, and supporting security investigations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and video feeds across the facility.
• Identify and respond promptly to suspicious or abnormal activities.
• Document incidents accurately and generate detailed reports.
• Assist security teams and relevant authorities during investigations.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance of surveillance equipment.

Required profile

• Strong observational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a security team.
• High level of integrity, reliability and professionalism.
• Good communication skills for liaising with security personnel and authorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating and monitoring CCTV systems.
• Experience with surveillance equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Knowledge of incident reporting and record-keeping procedures.
