Chief Accountant – FMCG & Dairy Sector

About the role

The Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Certified Accountant to lead accounting, finance and taxation functions for its FMCG (dairy) businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting and budgeting.
• Manage cash‑flow, financial controls and internal audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with income tax, sales tax, withholding tax and other regulatory requirements.
• Handle tax filings, assessments and liaison with tax authorities.
• Support export transactions, banking operations, letters of credit and trade‑finance activities.
• Maintain robust internal controls and support the group’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and financial controls.
• Extensive experience in tax compliance (income, sales, withholding).
• Preferable background in FMCG, manufacturing, healthcare/testing labs or import‑export businesses.
• Familiarity with export transactions, banking, L/Cs, foreign remittances and trade finance is an advantage.
• Proficiency with accounting systems, reconciliations, audits and internal controls.
