Cluster Coordinator – WREF Facilities

About the role

You will coordinate facilities and site administration activities for the Workplace, Real Estate & Facilities (WREF) cluster in Karachi, Pakistan. Working closely with commercial site teams, contractors and service partners, you will ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of facilities within the cluster, maintaining high standards of building and infrastructure.
• Assist with real‑estate transactions such as leasing, acquisitions and disposals.
• Manage the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal utilization, maintenance and cost‑efficiency.
• Lead budgeting for facilities management and fleet operations, meeting financial targets.
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure contract compliance and high‑quality service delivery.
• Plan and execute facilities‑related and fleet‑related projects from conception to completion.
• Promote sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
• Serve as primary contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates on facilities, real estate and fleet matters.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for facilities, real estate and fleet operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Ensure health, safety and company policy compliance across all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities, site administration or operations support, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
