Cold Caller – Night Shift (Karachi)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Cold Caller to join our call centre team in Karachi. The role focuses on outbound prospecting for our UK‑based digital services, working night shifts to align with UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to potential clients in the United Kingdom.
• Generate qualified leads for website development, graphic design, social media marketing, SEO and SMM services.
• Schedule appointments and accurately qualify prospects.
• Maintain call logs and update the CRM with relevant information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling or a call‑centre environment.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone manner.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently during night hours.
