Commercial Manager – Pharmaceutical

About the role

Siza Internationals Pvt. Ltd., a pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Lahore, is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead end‑to‑end commercial planning and execution for its product portfolio. The role will drive market‑share growth, revenue targets and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, distributors and other institutional buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales and market‑share targets for assigned product lines.
• Lead pricing, tender and contract negotiations with hospitals, distributors and institutional buyers while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate with sales teams and regional managers to set targets, monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Manage distributor relationships, including selection, performance reviews and order fulfillment monitoring.
• Prepare sales forecasts and collaborate with supply chain for demand planning.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical sales, business development or commercial management.
• Proven track record in pricing, tender management and institutional sales.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience in sales forecasting, demand planning coordination and P&L awareness.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
