About the role

Sultan Concrete, a leading manufacturer of pavers, cladding tiles and precast construction materials, is seeking an experienced Construction Sales Manager to drive sales of its building‑materials portfolio in Lahore. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, expanding the customer base and increasing market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for the construction materials sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with dealers, contractors, builders and consultants.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
• Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure repeat business.
• Analyse sales data and market feedback to optimise product positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales goals.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
