Customer Care Professional – Children’s Services Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a driven, positive and passionate individual to act as a central bridge between talented professionals and the organisations responsible for supporting children and young people. Based within Frontline Health Professionals, you will source, vet and place qualified children’s services professionals into local authorities across England.

Key responsibilities

• Attract active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, headhunting and talent pools.
• Build trusted relationships with children’s social workers, residential support workers, managers and other specialist professionals.
• Write high‑quality job advertisements that reflect client needs and professional standards.
• Develop sustainable candidate pipelines for current and future workforce requirements.
• Deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.
• Coordinate robust pre‑employment and safeguarding checks in line with UK regulations.

Required profile

• Creative, energetic and solution‑focused mindset.
• Highly organised with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence working across internal teams, candidates and external partners.
• Experience in recruitment, children’s services, social care, healthcare or other regulated environments (or strong transferable skills).
• Commitment to maintaining strict regulatory, safeguarding and professional standards.
