Customer Sales Representative (Night Shift)

About the role

Beta Technologies is looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative to join its night‑shift team in Lahore. You will work from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday, engaging customers over the phone to promote products and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone to present offers, prices and service details.
• Maintain a professional, positive attitude during all interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Record leads, customer details and interactions in the company CRM or spreadsheet tools.
• Follow up with interested prospects to finalize deals and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet overall company goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training to improve communication and selling techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Matriculation (Intermediate or higher preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Self‑motivated, punctual, confident, patient and goal‑oriented.
• Willingness to work night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday‑Friday).

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using a CRM system.
