About the role
We are a fast‑growing customised clothing brand looking for confident, professional individuals to join our retail store team. The role involves direct interaction with walk‑in customers, managing studio appointments, and supporting online enquiries across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk‑in customers, providing product information and guidance.
- Manage studio and bridal appointment schedules efficiently.
- Answer customer queries about orders, sizes, customisation options, and delivery timelines.
- Handle complaints calmly while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track orders and follow‑up on customer requests.
- Respond to WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and online messages when needed.
- Support smooth daily store operations and maintain a well‑presented environment.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years of experience in customer service, retail, fashion, or bridal studio environments.
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult customers.
- Responsible, punctual, and well‑presented.
Required skills
- Basic computer handling knowledge.
- Social media handling experience (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram).
