Customer Support Executive

About the role

Zameen.com, a leading online real‑estate marketplace, is seeking a Customer Support Executive to join its Bayut and Dubizzle operations in Lahore. The role involves handling client accounts, processing invoices, and providing live‑chat assistance to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provision packages for new and existing accounts upon receipt of invoices.
• Upgrade client accounts based on invoices from various channels.
• Degrade client accounts when they expire or upon specific requests.
• Handle degradation requests from Operations, Customer Service, and Listing teams.
• Set up XML feed integrations for client listings.
• Escalate and resolve client grievances related to Bayut.com.
• Provide live‑chat support to web users.
• Deliver after‑sales support to account managers.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in email or chat support.
• Graduate degree (minimum 0.5 year relevant experience preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external staff for quick issue resolution.
• Experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
• Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Hybrid shift availability.
