About the role
We are looking for a Data Manager to work remotely on a full‑time basis. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used in AI and machine learning models by performing manual quality checks, correcting errors, and validating outputs.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual reviews of AI‑generated data to spot inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or bias.
- Correct and annotate data points to improve model performance.
- Validate datasets against predefined quality criteria and business requirements.
- Document data issues and resolutions for team transparency.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to engineering and product teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- New graduate or early‑career professional with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Experience with spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with databases.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Understanding of data annotation, labeling, and quality‑assurance processes.
