About the role
The Department Manager will lead the Customer Relationship Center, ensuring smooth order processing, price updates, and stock arrangements while delivering high‑quality service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate customer ordering from product selection to checkout.
- Coordinate with the ALC department for article price changes.
- Arrange stock to meet customer needs.
- Support Customer Managers (CMs) and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to maintain portfolio satisfaction.
- Perform office administrative tasks and maintain detailed records.
- Gather competitor promotion and service information from the line manager.
- Verify facts and data quickly and accurately.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent intermediate qualification.
- 6‑8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong ability to locate, retrieve, and absorb information.
- Methodical and consistent approach to customer service.
- Customer‑first mindset aligned with company standards.
