Digital Marketing Analyst (Paid Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst specialized in paid media to design, launch and optimise pay‑per‑click campaigns across major platforms. The role focuses on driving conversions, both online and offline, while providing insightful performance reporting to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads and other social platforms.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, emphasizing conversion tracking and ROI.
• Write compelling search ad copy and conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner and SEMRush.
• Implement, test and scale smart bidding strategies, adjusting tactics based on platform‑specific best practices.
• Audit paid media accounts regularly and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales, content, creative and product.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, privacy regulations and AI‑driven advertising tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (required); Master's in Business is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a reputable firm performing paid media or PPC specialist duties.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present performance data to senior management.
