Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital marketing agency looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support the founder in day‑to‑day marketing operations. The role is based on‑site in Lahore and offers hands‑on experience with paid social campaigns, content scheduling and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing Meta (Facebook) ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad set setup and basic optimisation.
• Create, schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn using scheduling tools.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Produce concise performance summaries and regular reports for senior marketers.
• Maintain spreadsheets for budget tracking, using formulas and pivot tables.
• Write and test ad copy, captions and related documentation.
• Implement UTM tagging and set up basic tracking with Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Follow established processes, incorporate feedback and manage multiple campaign calendars.

• Creative and driven individual comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle several campaigns simultaneously.
• Team player who follows processes and accepts feedback from senior marketers.

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager (campaign creation, audience targeting, optimisation).
• Social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Content scheduling tools.
• Analytics: ability to read CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills – formulas and pivot tables.
• Ad copy writing and testing.
• UTM tagging and basic tracking setup.
