Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our online marketing initiatives in Multan. The role focuses on planning, executing and measuring multi‑channel campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across social media, search and email channels.
• Manage the company’s online presence, create and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure brand consistency and report results.
• Track and analyse campaign data to identify lead‑generation opportunities and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Manage campaign budgets and coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging digital tools.
• Utilise web‑analytics platforms to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Strong digital marketing expertise with a proven track record of integrated campaign execution.
• Experience in social media marketing, audience growth and engagement.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Proficiency with web‑analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform‑specific insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Multan, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
